Todd Forman

Pastor

Pastor Todd Forman has served as the pastor of Timber Ridge since August of 2020. He and his wife, Kim, have four grown children and one grandchild. They recently celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. Todd and Kim live in Springfield where he also serves as chaplain for Cox Health At Home Hospice. Todd enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and about everything outdoors. He was raised in rural Missouri and has a passion to help empower the congregation to reach a lost world for Christ. As you will see in his preaching videos, our pastor is passionate about preaching, and enjoys being a part of the congregation as much as he does serving as the church pastor. Pastor Todd would love to hear from you and will do his best to assist if there is a spiritual need in your life. You may reach him at toddkimforman@gmail.com

Dick Mann

Deacon

I’ve been a member of TImber Ridge for 37 years.                                                                            I retired from Kraft Foods after 32 years.                                                                                          I served a total of 22 years in the military. The 1st six years I was in the United States Marine Corp, serving 13 months in Vietnam.  Following my time with the Marines, I joined the United States Army Reserve. I attended the Preventive Medics School at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas. I was in the 14th Preventive Medical Unit for 16 years. During that time I was activated to Desert Storm.  I served in a forward deployment element of a Combat Support Hospital with the 7th Corps.  I also retired from the Webster Co. health Unit as the Emergency Planner & the Communicable Disease Specialist.

I like to describe myself as ” Sharon’s husband; Sarah & Jeff’s Dad; Sierra, Megan Savannah, Austin, Sydney and Hunter’sgrandpa.”I have been a deacon at Timber Ridge for about 33 years. When I first came here many years ago, I felt like I was ” home” when I walked in the door, my prayer is that our visitors will feel the same way.

I have been forgiven much in my life, so one of my gifts  I bring to our table here at Timber Ridge is the gift of mercy. To one much is given, much is required. I base my ministry to you ( the church) on the scriptures contained in Ezekiel 34.  It’s God’s admonition to the Shepard’s of the people of Israel. As a very fallible man,

I seek to please God in serving his beloved bride ( the church) in the ways God expects His Shepard’s to do. I know that I fall in many ways.  If you are new, WELCOME, If you have been here more than once, you are one of us.

If I can serve you, please let me know. This is HOLY GROUND and my prayer is that you will be able to find peace if you have not already, that only a relationship with Christ can give you.

Earl Stuart

Deacon

My wife, Melinda, and I attended Timber Ridge for the first time in 1994 and immediately felt like we were home. We were both saved and baptized at Timber Ridge and have served in the congregation since. We raised three kids, Jerica, Lorissa and Tanner in the church and now have a granddaughter, Kora and a grandson, Isaiah. We have a passion of helping our fellow church members in spreading the gospel and helping those in need. We have served in various positions as teachers and small group leaders and always look forward to new adventures. We also travel around the county filling pulpits as needed.  When not at church we enjoy the outdoors. We love to go camping, fishing and anything on the water. Come worship with us at Timber Ridge, maybe you will feel at home.

Josh Menzies

Deacon

I have been a member of Timber Ridge since 1990.  My wife, Mindy, and I have been married since 2002 and we have two kids, Kyler and Halle.  I am a deacon and I, along with my wife,  lead the youth group.  Outside of church, I enjoy hunting, fishing and farming.  Much of our free time is enjoyed by going to our children’s sporting events.  Kyler enjoys playing football and baseball and Halle enjoys basketball and softball.

Lee Burgess

Deacon

Lee Burgess, married to my lovely wife Deana in March of 1996 we are blessed to have a beautiful daughter Kaitlin. We have been members of Timber Ridge since 2008. I have served alongside Deana as a Sunday School teacher for various groups, former Trustee,  I currently serve as a Deacon. Our passion in the church is working with the kids, from helping with activities for the kids, Timber Ridge always has time for the kids and we along with many others love being involved. Outside of church I am not unlike everyone else I work too much and play too little. When we have down time and aren’t chasing after Kaitlin and one of her many endeavors we enjoy spending time in nature: hiking, archery, hunting, fishing, enjoying a boat ride, or just out seeing what the world has to offer and taking it all in. Throw in some time to enjoy some music and play a guitar from time to time, and I am a pretty happy person. Anything else you might want to know just ask, you might be surprised.

Jim Gastineau

Jim is grateful for having been raised in a Christian home. He accepted Christ as a teenager. He and Cathy have been blessed with two children and four grandchildren.
